Build an ATS-friendly CV in Arabic or English
Use your education and projects to build a CV, even if you haven’t held a formal job.
A first CV without a work history
A university project can show what you can do. Here is a fictional example for a Saudi business graduate applying for an operations role.
- Profile
- Business administration graduate in Riyadh with experience organizing inventory data in Excel for a university project.
- Projects · Inventory review
- Cleaned a sample inventory spreadsheet, grouped items by category, and presented the findings to a four-person project team.

- Choose the CV language and template. For an Arabic CV, preview the right-to-left layout before you download.
- Use recognizable headings such as Education, Projects, and Skills. Include your degree, graduation date, and what you personally did.
- Compare your draft with the job description. Add relevant skills only when you can explain where you used them.
