Build an ATS-friendly CV in Arabic or English

Use your education and projects to build a CV, even if you haven’t held a formal job.

A first CV without a work history

A university project can show what you can do. Here is a fictional example for a Saudi business graduate applying for an operations role.

Profile
Business administration graduate in Riyadh with experience organizing inventory data in Excel for a university project.
Projects · Inventory review
Cleaned a sample inventory spreadsheet, grouped items by category, and presented the findings to a four-person project team.

How to use it

  1. Choose the CV language and template. For an Arabic CV, preview the right-to-left layout before you download.
  2. Use recognizable headings such as Education, Projects, and Skills. Include your degree, graduation date, and what you personally did.
  3. Compare your draft with the job description. Add relevant skills only when you can explain where you used them.
